New SPINNER MVCs in user friendly design

Our new model range of vertical machining centers MVC in new and improoved design is now available. Two big doors on front and left side with very big windows provide best view into and best acess to the working area. This new design V3 of the sheet-metal reduces the required floor-space dramatically as the machine can be putted against the wall with its backside. An optionally available chip-conveyor is very much integrated into the machine and needs only few additional space. The new MVC-V3 is now available with three different controls, Siemens (840D-SolutionLine), Fanuc (0i/21i) or Heidenhain (TNC620). To improove the comfort for the operator our control panel can be adjusted in its hight according to the user. We also offer optionally an extended tool magazin with up to 32 tools.

New ”TwinTurret” TTC-Series

For the first time we will present our new TTC-Series TwinTurret during the upcomming open house show in Stuttgart/Germany in September and EMO in Milan/Italy in Oktober 2009. As a fully new designed CNC-lathe with two turrets, Y-axis, subspindle and bar-capacity of 42 or 52mm it is a start-up model for our customers to enter the twin-turret synchron machining. At an unbelievable introduction price for the top model TTC300-52-SMMCY in full specification it is a new chance for SPINNER customers to earn money on turning applications.

Additional big screen for training applications

Specially for using SPINNER-machines in training applications we offer a big 42 screen mounted on top of a SPINNER Lathe or Machining-Center. In this screen we can show the same screen as on our CNC-control or the live-pictures form a camera installed in the working-area. It can be easily switched between the pictures just by pressing a button on the control. By this a large number of students can follow the programming on the screen as well as the machining in the working area.
